SoftCoin Selects Loyalty Matrix for Its Program Performance Analysis

SAN FRANCISCO-- November 7, 2006 - Loyalty Matrix, Inc., a San Francisco-based provider of on-demand marketing analytics for direct marketing optimization, today announced that it has signed an agreement to work with SoftCoin, the premier provider of interactive promotion and loyalty solutions for Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) companies, to provide its marketing analytics services for SoftCoin’s client program performance analysis.

SoftCoin will utilize Loyalty Matrix’s marketing analytics services in preparing its Client Business Review, which is a comprehensive analysis of how well a particular CPG’s program is performing. This analysis provides visibility into key program metrics including product sales, consumer demographics, market research, retailer participation and incentive redemption. Within the promotion strategy and design stage prior to launch, this analysis takes an active role in forecasting total participation, code activation, points and rewards liability, and promotion administrative costs. This provides SoftCoin clients a timely view of their program performance and helps them to better understand their consumers.
